Who is Set Piece Consulting?

Hi, I’m Emma!

As an avid soccer fan, I have always loved the idea of a “set piece” in a game. It allows the teams to take a moment, strategize, and aim at the goal. I think this is a perfect metaphor for coaching. In both sports and the work world, having a coach can be the game-changer that propels you towards achieving your goals.

Throughout the 8+ years I spent working in the digital advertising world, I found myself in many situations where I wanted to get an outside opinion on how best to move forward in my career. In the absence of a coach, I found myself gravitating towards the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology in which I later pursued a Master’s degree. Now armed with knowledge of the marketing and I/O Psychology worlds, I am uniquely qualified to provide insight, guidance, and expertise to help you refine your technique, overcome obstacles and maximize your potential.

Similar to acquiring a new skill in sports, I will help you break down the unfamiliarity into approachable stages to make the learning process more manageable. My belief is that individual success is a team sport and I would love to help coach you in scoring your goals.
